Let's get started

Open and duplicate the following

Your tube

Paper HH9 from the kit

Elements HH16 HH17

Open a new window 820 x 310 this will be for the timeline.

Fill the bottom layer with a white (#ffffff) add the mask #16 by going to the layer menu then to load/save mask and to load mask

A popup will appear like this

This is what it will look like with the color:

Your layer pallette will look like this:

Layer 2

Add new layer then fill with a blue(#4088ce). This will be for the sky background. After filling this layer move this to the bottom of the layer palette.

Layer 3

Add new layer then fill with a green(#0b8126). This will be for the grass. After filling this layer add the mask MB & SW 17 to this layer as you did for the clouds. Add noise to make the grass have texture. (22 was the setting I used). And your picture and layer palette should look like this.

Layer 4

Open Paper 9 duplicate and close orginal if you have not done so already. Size down to 350 x 350. Then using your pick tool (The arrow on the tool bar in paint shop.) Change the setting in the Tools options bar to perspective. Then taking the top Corners bring them to the center top of the picture like this.

Now Change the setting in the Tools Options bar to scale. Taking the center square and holding the mouse down pull the top down so it makes the paper look like a blanket. (Using this for the picnic blanket)

This is what I got when doing the above.

copy this and paste as new layer on your working file

Maximize your tube size down and place standing on the blanket.

Maximize your small bunny size down and place on the blanket and to the left side of the blanket

Maximize your cupcake size down and place on the blanket and to the center and far right on the blanket

Maximize your bunny pic and size down placing it to the right of the blanket on the grass.

Maximize your egg basket pic and size down placing iton the blanket left.

Maximize your Tube and size down placing it to the right of the blanket on the grass.

Maximize your wordart and size down placing it to the right side at the top of the tag like mine
